Carols on the Green
CTB30 has hosted Carols on the Green for over 40 years and it attracts thousands of people whatever the weather. It is led by Bournville Parish Church, St Francis of Assisi and for the past few years it has been co-led by the minster of Rowheath Pavilion too. Other members of CTB30 take part by doing readings and prayers. Carols on the Green brings people together from far and wide, it is a celebration of God’s love and presence in B30 and beyond.
Through donations, Carols on the Green supports six local charities. Collecting donations is supported by Bournville Village Council and church members who surround the area with collection buckets.
Each year we raise between £3,500. -4,500 from people’s generous donations. Our six charities are:
